  • In theory, yes they should in fact resign their current position if they are going to run for president. This would do two things.... It would keep candidates from ever running that know they don't have a chance to win.

  • And even if he had voted at any point since April 8th, he would most likely be flip-flopping on that vote right about now anyway as it seems to be a daily occurrence for McCain.

  • Unfortunately though, money can't always buy a victory and I think that will be the case for the Republicans in November. If John McCain just keeps stepping in front of cameras and talking, he is going to defeat himself and no amount of money is going to stop that.

  • This is what Republicans do so it is no surprise to me at all. The "Do as I say, not as I do" mentality has driven the Republicans in a hole that they will never get out of.

  • Actually, if you check the link at the bottom of the original post on Politivine, it links to an article that did the research and found out that the company was started by 2 very prominent Mitt Romney donors. To me, that would constitute it being associated with the "right-wing agenda".
